Harriet Hawkins – Director

Harriet qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined Alcocks Solicitors in 2005. Harriet is Head of our Conveyancing Department and has extensive experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, building a loyal client base. Harriet deals with freehold property and advises all manner of clients from first time buyers to investors. She also deals with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Richard Todd – Director

Richard Todd qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He currently advises our Residential Property Team on all aspects of a conveyancing transaction

Lisa Cooper – Experienced Conveyancer

Lisa joined our Residential Property team in 2012. She is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer and deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Charlotte Savage – Director

Charlotte graduated from her Bachelor of Law degree in 2019 with honours and from her Masters of Law with a Distinction in 2021.  Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in December 2021 and was promoted to Director in December 2024. Charlotte is currently working in our Conveyancing Department.

Jo Llewelyn – Conveyancing Assistant

Jo deals with all aspects of conveyancing including freehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

 

Paula Walton – Paula assists Lisa Cooper in our Residential Property Team.

Chloe Parker – Chloe assists our Residential Property Team with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from file opening to completion.

Pavan Bhaker – Pavan assists our Residential Property Team with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from file opening to completion.

Vanessa Gent – Vanessa works in our post-completion team.

Alexander Craig – Alexander assists our Residential Property Team with the opening of new files and general administrative duties.

Jack Lane – Jack assists our Residential Property Team with the opening of new files and general administrative duties.
